The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to publish the Renewable Energy Projects Guideline under section 24J of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments or inputs to the Minister within 30 days of publication of the notice in the Gazette (i.e. on or before 8 October 2014).
